How many sensors will be shipped, and when?
You will receive a 6-month supply of Libre Pro sensors, BluCon NightRider, 6 months subscription for LinkBluCon app and Ambrosia Smart Patches. Shipments are typically processed within 3-5 business days, and delivery times may vary based on your location. To avoid sensor expiration, we ship the sensors in batches, 1-2 times over 6 months. The startup kit includes a Waterproof BluCon NightRider, 4 glucose sensors, and 10 Ambrosia Smart Patches. After 6 weeks, we will ship more sensors and Ambrosia Patches.
Do you have any payment plans?
Yes, for an extra 10%, we offer a 2-installment plan, set up a flexible payment plan here.
Can I return the CGM etc.?
Yes, we have a return policy. You can return the CGM, and other items within 14 days of delivery for a 70% refund, provided they are in their original, unused condition. Glucose sensors are non-returnable.
Which glucose sensors do you use in your CGM?
Ambrosia uses FreeStyle Libre and Libre Pro sensors in CGM system. Both sensors are owned by Abbott Laboratories and are FDA-approved.

We’re here to help! Our customer support team is available 24/7 through our app, email, or phone. You can also access troubleshooting guides and video tutorials on our website. After your order is delivered, we can set up a zoom call to help with setup if needed. Most of our users, located in over 100 countries, are able to set up the system without assistance and have been using it successfully for 3 to 5 years.
